Hibiki 21 Years represents the ultrapremium category of the Hibiki brand. Introduced in 1994, this blend is made from a meticulous selection of malt whiskies aged at least 21 years and smooth grain whiskies, also 21 years old. The main malts are Yamazaki matured in Sherry casks. These are joined by carefully chosen grain whiskies to create a harmonious composition. Suntory’s range of whiskies forms the basis that makes this blend possible, with its combination of aged malt and grain whiskies. On tasting, it shows sweet nutty aromas and a spicy flavor, accompanied by a smooth texture. Aging for at least 21 years gives this whisky its full body and elegant intensity. The experience continues with a long aftertaste and a penetrating finish.
