Hierbas Mari Mayans Rama is an herb liqueur from Ibiza characterized by its rich combination of flavors. Made through a careful process of maceration, infusion, and distillation, this liqueur consists of alcohol derived from certain wines and molasses, reaching 26 degrees. Its ingredients include star anise, badiana, thyme, rosemary, lemon, orange, rue, mint, and juniper berries. The recipe includes a total of 18 plants, leaves, seeds, fruits, sugar, and demineralized water.
