Izadi El Regalo Viñedo Singular is a red wine from the Rioja appellation made by Bodegas Izadi.
Singular Vineyard of 3.85 has. with a goblet-planted vineyard in Villabuena de Álava in 1936 (registered in 1940) of clay-limestone soil, high percentage of limestone.
All the cultivation processes follow the methods of integrated viticulture. Izadi El Regalo Viñedo Singular undergoes malolactic fermentation 50% in new barrels and 50% in wooden vats. It ages for 14 months in new French oak barrels.
Izadi El Regalo Viñedo Singular Intense ruby color with high intensity. Great complexity of aroma with notes of ripe black fruit, smoked and roasted.
The palate is elegant, with velvety tannins that give way to a pleasant passage through the mouth.
Lingering finish with hints of ripe fruit, roasted coffee and aromatic herbs.
