Izadi Larrosa Negra is a 100% single-varietal red wine made from Garnacha, sourced from old vineyards situated in the highest areas of the D.O.Ca. Rioja. This wine stands out for its freshness and character, capturing the essence of old vines. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, followed by careful aging for 6 months in French and American oak barrels. This aging adds rich spicy notes that complement its fruity profile. In tasting, a medium cherry red color can be appreciated. On the nose, it presents aromas of fresh red fruit and lavender, with slight spicy and cocoa notes.
