This wine aims to capture the essence of its origin by using the best old vineyards from the triangle that includes Villabuena, Samaniego, and Ábalos. These low-yield vineyards average 60 years of age, ensuring exceptional grape quality. The aging of Izadi Selección takes place over 16 months in barrels, with 75% being French oak and 25% American oak, adding notable complexity. In tasting, one can appreciate an intense ruby color with spotted tears and rich aromatic notes combining red fruit with subtle hints of fine wood and smokiness.
