Júlia Bernet Brut Nature 60x40 is a sparkling wine from the renowned winery Júlia Bernet, located in Catalonia. This product represents the efforts of Xavier Bernet, who since 2001 decided to become independent in the production of wines from his family vineyards in Subirats, Barcelona. Since 2018, the winery has been part of the Collective Brand of the European label Corpinnat, which guarantees the quality of its organic sparkling wines. The sparkling wine is elaborated with two varieties, Chardonnay and Xarel·lo, whose vinifications are done separately. A traditional method is used for the second fermentation, with a minimum of 36 months of aging, and surprisingly, no sulfites or liqueurs are added, highlighting the native characteristics of the grapes. Thanks to the unique geological and climatic conditions of the steep slopes of the Ordal mountain, exceptional quality grapes are obtained. The harvest is done manually, ensuring the best selection of the fruit. Júlia Bernet 60×40 Brut Nature is known for its freshness due to the Xarel·lo and the creaminess contributed by the Chardonnay.
