The grapes come from native vines that are perfectly adapted to the estate's characteristic soils, which are predominantly granitic and clayey. Together with the special microclimate of the area, these vineyards are truly unique. The vines are trained both in a "V" shape and in a vine training system. Harvesting is carried out meticulously by hand.

These vineyards are located in the southern region of Galicia, bordered by the Miño river and crossed by the Tea river from north to south. The winemaking process includes ageing on fine lees for 4 months, where only the free-run juice ferments to obtain the maximum expression of the grape's aromas and nuances. The rating for this vintage is excellent.

La Marimorena Tasting Notes

Its visual appearance shows a lemon yellow tone with greenish glints, exhibiting a clean and bright appearance.

As for its aroma, it has a notorious intensity and outstanding complexity. Different varietal aromas are perceived, such as white flower and magnolia, which stand out above a combination of fruity notes reminiscent of reinette apple and mandarin.

On the palate, this wine is fresh and full-bodied, leaving a pleasant persistence. In addition, its final acidity provides a very refreshing sensation.
