LAFOU DE BATEA
85% red and hairy Garnacha and 15% samsó.

The most personal wine from the winery. Micro vinifications separately from vineyards aged 50-70 years, where Garnacha tinta and peluda coexist, along with a small portion of Samsó.
Manual harvesting. Upon entering the winery, the grapes go through a refrigeration chamber where they are cooled to 5ºC. After destemming, fermentation takes place in small open stainless steel tanks, using an aerial foot-treading system. Aged for 12 months in 300-liter Central European oak barrels and in concrete eggs.
With a deep cherry color, it presents a wide array of aromatic sensations.
Notes of raw hazelnut, red fruit, and balsamic hints of underbrush, which then evolve into notes of plum and black olive.
On the palate, it offers a fresh entry that recalls the fruit, good acidity that balances the sweetness of the Garnacha, and a long finish.
