Masia Bach was founded at the beginning of the last century by the brothers Pere and Ramón Bach, manufacturers of fabrics. They wanted to link the best cotton tradition with viticulture by giving the name of the best "Extrísimo" to the best vineyards from which the wines of Masia Bach come from.
Bach Extrísimo Semi Dulce is yellow with golden hues, evoking a complex fruity and floral aroma with notes of chamomile, acacia, bergamot and honey, and rounded with fine notes of wood. Its flavor shows an excellent structure and balance sweetness-acidity with a touch of wood that is presented as the perfect complement for foie and blue cheeses, appetizers, seafood and fish stews and all kinds of sweets and pastries.
