Vineyard management focuses on achieving balanced bunches with thick skins, allowing for lower color extraction and greater aroma concentration. Harvest occurs at the end of August to preserve the fruit's natural freshness. After collection, grapes are refrigerated and then gently pressed to extract the purest must. This must ferments slowly at low temperatures, enhancing its freshness and aromatic expression. The wine ages on its lees for four months, contributing complexity and volume. The result is a pale yellow wine with silver reflections, an intense bouquet of white flowers and tropical fruits.
