Le Fleq Blanco is a true wine gem in limited edition of about 2,000 bottles, created by the renowned specialist Flequi Berruti in the Marco de Jerez. This wine celebrates the purity of the Andalusian terroir, with a blend dominated by the Palomino Fino variety (91%), complemented by Cañocazo, Mantúo, and Perruno. Biodynamically grown on albariza soils, the wine ferments and ages for 10 months in 500-liter French oak barrels under a veil of flor. The result is a vibrant and mineral wine, with balanced creaminess and saline freshness. It has a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, and on the nose, it offers aromas of green apple and nuts. On the palate, it is fresh and creamy with excellent acidity and a persistent finish. Ideal for pairing with shellfish, sushi, and aged cheeses, it should be served between 10°C and 12°C.
