Legaris Olmedillo De Roa Rosé is a rosé wine produced by Bodegas Legaris with Tempranillo and Albillo in the Ribera del Duero DO.
It is the first rosé wine to be included in the Vinos de Pueblo de Legaris collection, which aims to express the richness, uniqueness and diversity of the Ribera del Duero. This oenological project of Vinos de Pueblo is born from the origin, the vineyard. With this collection of wines they seek to give the Tinto Fino the prominence it deserves, as well as to highlight its origin, which is clearly reflected in the wine.
After a joint maceration of both varieties for 24 hours, the wine is pressed and then fermented in a small stainless steel tank.
Appearance: Medium/high intensity pink colour.
Nose: The aromas are direct, showing the red fruit aromas typical of the variety.
Palate: It is a wine with a pleasant, ample and tasty flavour.
