Leirana Areas de Arra is an exquisite white wine produced from Albariño grapes from the prestigious Denomination of Origin Rías Baixas. This wine is made by Bodega Forjas de Salnés and is known for its proximity to the sea, which influences its fresh and mineral character. The grapes are carefully grown less than 100 meters from the sea, in fine sandy soils, where 15% of the vines were replanted 20 years ago. The grapes are destemmed and macerated in the press for three hours before transferring the aromatic must to a new 1500-liter barrel from François Frères for spontaneous fermentation. This careful elaboration process highlights the fresh aromas and typical acidity of Albariño, offering a unique experience in every glass.
