The Bermejo Malvasia Naturally Sweet is made from grapes that have reached an overripe state on the vine, causing the sugar concentration to be so high that the yeast cannot consume it during fermentation, resulting in a naturally sweet wine. Since its first harvest in 2001, Los Bermejos winery has gained recognition as one of the best in Lanzarote, adapting its production each year to meet the growing demand of its consumers. The estate is characterized by its red volcanic soil, which contributes to the quality of the grapes, accounting for 10% of the necessary production. This wine is distinguished by its golden-yellow color and dense tears, with a nose offering aromas of white flowers, aging notes, ripe fruit, and pear compote.
