Macan Classic represents the tradition and modernity of Rioja, combining the experience of Tempos Vega Sicilia and Benjamin de Rothschild. This red wine, made exclusively from Tempranillo, uses grapes from vineyards located at the foot of the Sierra de Cantabria, on clay-limestone soils. Following a manual harvest, the wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrel and tank. The aging in French oak barrels for 15 months allows for exceptional integration of wood. In tasting, it has a cherry-red color with aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, and mineral notes, exhibiting a juicy and round palate. It is ideal to pair with red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses. Recommended to serve at 16-18ºC, after decanting for 30-45 minutes.
