This red wine, grown in a bush system, comes from a clay-limestone soil that contributes to its distinctive flavor. Grapes are manually harvested in 15 kg boxes, carefully sorted on selection tables. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels. The wine then ages for 12 months in fine-grained French oak.
