Marqués de Riscal Viñas Viejas Estuchado is a limited edition consisting of only 5,000 bottles, making it a special wine for discerning palates. This rosé wine from V.T. Castilla y León is made by Bodegas Herederos del Marqués de Riscal. It comes from the best old vines grown on their own roots, meaning they have remained in their natural state and have not been grafted. The vines, over 80 years old, are located on the highest gravel terraces of the Duero River, where sandy soils help protect them from phylloxera. Combining the Garnacha and Tempranillo varieties, the wine has a fresh and balanced mouthfeel. During its production, it has been left in contact with fine lees from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, providing additional freshness and complexity. In terms of tasting, Marqués de Riscal Rosado Viñas Viejas appears with a pale and bright pink color, and intense aromas of strawberry and raspberry, along with floral notes, are perceived in the nose.
