Fan D'oro is a monovarietal of the Chardonnay variety from vineyards of more than 20 years planted in the "La Planta" estate, with clay-calcareous soils with non-fragmented rock less than 1 meter from the surface.

White wine from the D.O. Ribera del Dueromade by Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro.
Fan D'oro is a single varietal Chardonnay from vineyards over 20 years old planted in the "La Planta" estate, with clay-limestone soils with unfragmented rock less than 1 metre above the surface. The estate is located at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level. The composition of the soil and the harsh Castilian climate at this altitude result in a low yield but highly concentrated grapes.

The grapes are harvested by hand when the grapes are at optimum ripeness. The bunches go through a selection table before being pressed lightly and slowly to keep all its freshness. The wine is naturally decanted overnight before being transferred to new French oak barrels where it will age for 6 months. A single racking is carried out to try to maintain all the elegance of the wine
