Murviedro Cava Brut Nature Organic is the pioneer of organic cavas from Bodegas Murviedro, made with grapes from organic farming, ensuring a quality product that respects the environment. This cava is crafted from a careful selection of grape varieties, primarily Macabeo and Chardonnay, grown without synthetic chemical products, ensuring sustainability and soil fertility. Harvest occurs in early September, followed by cold maceration and fermentation at 14°C in stainless steel tanks. In January, tirage takes place, where the cava ferments in the bottle. To ensure optimal development of its organoleptic characteristics, the cava is aged on its lees for a minimum of eleven months. The result is a pale yellow cava with golden reflections, notable for its dense foam and fine bubbles that integrate perfectly. On the nose, it offers a clean aromatic experience with notes of citrus and white fruits like apple and pear, complemented by nuances of nuts and baked goods. On the palate, it is lively, fresh, and easy to drink, with a subtly citrusy and floral finish that adds a creamy sensation, resulting in a long and persistent cava.
