Narupa Piorno is a premium white wine made exclusively from Albariño grapes in the renowned Denomination of Origin Rías Baixas. This wine comes from vineyards situated 16 kilometers from the ocean, where the vines are about 50 years old and grow in sandy and clay soils of granitic origin. Narupa Vinos focuses on sustainable viticulture methods, using biological treatments without chemicals. The winemaking begins with pressing the grapes, which are cooled for 30 hours before pressing and settling. The resulting must ferments in barrels with local yeast for about 10 months.
