Narupa Piorno is an exceptional white wine made from 100% Albariño grapes in the prestigious D.O. Rías Baixas. Coming from vineyards located just 16 kilometers from the sea, this wine reflects the essence of its surroundings. The vines, approximately 50 years old, grow on sandy and clay soils of granitic origin, cultivated using sustainable viticulture methods that avoid chemicals in favor of biological treatments. In the production process, the grapes are pressed and cooled for 30 hours before being fined. The must then ferments in barrels with local yeast for around 10 months. The result is a wine of great character with an intense aroma evoking white and tropical fruits, flowers, and a subtle hint of vanilla. Narupa Piorno presents itself as a serious, fresh, and complex wine on the palate, with very balanced acidity and a pleasing long finish.
