At Real Conservera Española we only make high-quality canned food from the best seafood and fish caught in the season and at their best moment of season.

We still produce our preserves only with products from the Rías Gallegas and make our sauces and broths following traditional recipes using only natural ingredients and no additives. We maintain processes that have been forgotten, such as the roasting of certain fish.
