Nimi Naturally Dolç 2017 is a limited-production sweet wine (1,380 50cl bottles), made with 100% Muscat of Alexandria from bush-ripened vines between 40 and 60 years old, located in Benissa, Marina Alta (Alicante).
The grapes, partially sun-dried on canes, are manually harvested in 12kg boxes in September. Fermentation is spontaneous, without the addition of yeast, and takes place at a controlled temperature between 15 and 18°C. The wine is stabilized and aged on its own lees for 12 months in French oak barrels, without the addition of additives or corrections.
This wine has been awarded 93 points in the Peñín Guide and has been highlighted in various publications for its quality and authenticity.
Appearance: Amber color with coppery hues, bright and clean.
Nose: Intense aromas of dates, dried apricots, medlar, honey, orange peel, raisins, dried leaves, and cocoa.
Palm: The palate is fleshy, sweet, creamy, and balanced, with a citric acidity that provides freshness and a very long finish.
