With a limited production of 1,380 bottles of 50 cl, it is produced through sun-drying on reed mats and spontaneous fermentation. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, it stands out for its complexity and elegance, with aromas of dates and honey and a creamy, balanced flavor.
