Beronia Reserva 2020 is a notable red wine from the D.O.C Rioja, produced by the renowned Beronia wineries. This wine is made from a careful selection of the best grapes from old vineyards, mainly from the Tempranillo, Graciano, and Mazuelo varieties. Its production process includes a slow controlled fermentation with periodic pump-overs to extract the desired color and aromas. Afterward, Beronia Reserva ages for 19 months in mixed American and French oak barrels, providing a slow and harmonious evolution. Additionally, it completes 18 months of bottle aging before hitting the market. This process gives it an intense, clear, and brilliant ruby-red color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of red fruits such as blueberries and raspberries, accompanied by hints of cinnamon and chocolate.
