Nuet 2020 is an exceptional red wine produced by La Zafra in the Denominación de Origen Valencia, using Monastrell grapes. This wine is characterized by sustainable cultivation and traditional bush pruning. Harvesting is done by hand, collecting the grapes in 15 kg boxes during the early morning hours. The vinification process includes three days of maceration with the skins and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20º. At La Zafra, chemicals and commercial yeasts are avoided, resulting in a wine with no added sulfites, unfiltered and unclarified. The result is a light, dry, and fruity wine.
