Pack 2 Bottles Sosiego Caraballas Boxed Bottle 75cl. Coming from the two hectares of Chardonnay from Finca Las Caraballas, with a specific Viniculture management looking for the freshness of the variety.
Never could a name do more honor to a wine, for it is precisely this sosiego, that bears in its spirit calm and silence. Like the great wines that are made respecting nature, receives in itself the gratitude of the earth and the hand of man in the form of balance. El Sosiego de Finca Las Caraballas is the result of the harmony between our crops and the environment. It is our small tribute to the earth.
Proceeding from the two hectares of Chardonnay of Finca Las Caraballas, with a specific winemaking management looking for the freshness of the variety. It is harvested mechanically on cool nights and is made in stainless steel tanks until almost the end of alcoholic fermentation, finishing this process in first use French oak barrels with a very light toast. It remains aged on its lees for six and a half months. It is filtered by 2 microns and bottled, remaining in bottle for three years.
With an exclusive production of only 480 numbered bottles in the 2012 vintage and 1000 in the 2013 vintage, El Sosiego de Finca Las Caraballas is a caprice born of the pact between man and earth
