Colour: pale yellow with bright greenish reflections.
Aroma: In the nose it is a fresh, varietal wine, with citrus and tropical notes like pineapple. It shows fresh aromas of fennel and anise, which are mixed with dulzonas notes reminiscent of the patisserie.
Taste: balanced, tasty and fresh, with a very fruity aftertaste. Its proper acidity gives it support and structure.
