Paquita Mut is an exceptional white wine produced by Les Freses in Jesús Pobre, within the protected Denomination of Origin Alicante. Made 100% from Muscat of Alexandria, this wine results from careful selection of different clones and subvarieties, grown in bush form. The fermentation of the must begins with the native yeasts from a fermenter, five days before harvest, and is maintained at a controlled temperature of 14ºC in stainless steel tanks. After three racking processes, a limited run of only 1200 bottles is bottled, which presents a light filtration and reduced sulfur content. In tasting, this wine shines with the typical green reflections of Muscat. Its aroma is filled with fresh flowers, jasmine, and rose, while on the palate it reveals itself as a complex, gastronomic, and deep wine with citrus notes of lemongrass and an herbal finish. Its age in vineyards translates into a rich and lasting flavor experience.
