Pedro Ximénez Murillo Lustau was bottled for the first time in 1996 to commemorate the centenary ANNIVERSARY of Bodegas Lustau (house founded in 1896).

Pedro Ximénez Murillo Lustau was bottled for the first time in 1996 to commemorate the centenary ANNIVERSARY of Bodegas Lustau (house founded in 1896).

The Solera began some 50 or 60 years ago in the Bodega Murillo Street, near the square of the cube, which explains the name of the wine. It is now located on Arcos Street with the rest of the Lustau wines.

Since 1996, there have been yearly draws of about 300 boxes, of a selection of the best boots of the Solera. The wine is said to be around 7-8 years old.

Pedro Ximénez Murillo Lustau is very dark and deep ebony. Aromas of ripe fruits, jams and prunes, with a background of licorice and molasses. Very sweet, velvety and soft to the mouth. Balanced and with a very long end, typical of the old age of wine.
