Pedro Ximénez Murillo Lustau is an exceptional wine first bottled in 1996 to commemorate the centennial of Bodegas Lustau, a house with over a century of history. Its solera dates back 50 to 60 years in the Calle Murillo Winery, justifying its name. Currently, the wine is found on Calle Arcos alongside other Lustau varieties. Since its launch, approximately 300 cases are released annually, selecting the best casks from the solera, ensuring quality and uniqueness of each bottle. This wine presents a very dark and deep ebony color, and in tasting, one can appreciate aromas of ripe fruits, jam, and prunes, accompanied by subtle hints of licorice and molasses. Its profile is very sweet, velvety, and soft on the palate, distinguished by balance and a long finish, a result of its extended aging. Ideal for enjoying on its own or on special occasions.
