Famille Perrin presents the Perrin Côtes du Rhône Réserve Blanc 2023, a standout white wine from the Côtes Du Rhône AOC. This wine is made from a careful selection of Viognier, Roussanne, and Marsanne grapes. The grapes are harvested in the morning, benefiting from the night's coolness, which contributes to the final product's quality. After pressing, the juices are cold-sedimented to remove suspended particles. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 16 °C for about 15 days, giving the wine its delicacy. The result is a pale yellow wine with greenish reflections that reveals subtle aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle, and sage on the nose. On the palate, it is round, smooth, with notable minerality and a fresh finish that leaves a slight bitter note.
