First vintage at Finca las Amedias, Rueda, 700 meters high and at night, to avoid premature fermentations and oxygenations. In each plot, clusters are selected manually at the optimum moment of maturity.
A wine of extraordinary personality that has been aging for 8 months on its own lees in new barrels of French and Hungarian oak, endowing the wine with a surprising singularity.
Production limited to 24,807 bottles.
