Sanamaro Sobre Lías is an exclusive Galician white wine made from Albariño and Loureiro Blanco by Pazo San Mauro in the Rías Baixas DO.
Harvested by hand and selected in the vineyard from the best bunches of the "La Fraga" plot. Grapes made 2/3 by maceration at low temperature, and 1/3 with whole bunches. 90% is vinified in first and second year French oak vats, and 10% is vinified in cocciopesto amphorae. It is then aged for 6 months on the lees, with manual bantonnage, and one year in the bottle.
In the nose it is clear and has very intense aromas. In the mouth it is fruity, ample and silky, with hints of dried fruits and white flowers.
