Sanamaro Sobre Lías is an exclusive white wine from D.O. Rías Baixas, produced by Pazo San Mauro, using a careful selection of Albariño and Loureiro Blanco grapes. This wine is obtained from a manual harvest in the "La Fraga" plot, where the best clusters are selected. The fermentation occurs 90% in first and second-year French oak barrels, giving it unique features, and 10% in cocciopesto amphorae. Sanamaro undergoes 6 months of aging on lees, followed by a year in bottle. The result is a clear wine with intense aromas and a fruity, broad, and silky palate, ideal for pairing with seafood.
