This wine, Ramon Bilbao Limited Edition Lies, comes from the oldest vineyards of Finca las Amedias, located in the heart of the Denomination of Origin Rueda, at 700 meters altitude. The harvest is done at night to preserve the freshness of the manually selected bunches. Its aging for 8 months on lees in French and Hungarian oak barrels gives it an extraordinary personality. With a limited production of 24,807 bottles, it has a greenish-yellow color with citrus aromas, sandalwood, and mint. Its taste is smooth, with fresh acidity and creaminess enveloping the palate. It reveals citrus notes combined with white pepper in the retro-nasal.
