Ramon Bilbao Limited Edition Lías 2022 is a wine that comes from the oldest vineyards of Finca las Amedias, a unique location in the heart of the Denomination of Origin Rueda. The first harvest takes place at 700 meters of altitude, during the night, to avoid premature fermentation and oxidation. In each parcel, the bunches are manually selected at their optimal ripeness, ensuring product quality. This wine has aged for 8 months on its own lees in new French and Hungarian oak barrels, gaining remarkable uniqueness. Production is limited to 24,807 bottles, highlighting its exclusivity. In tasting, it exhibits a medium-intensity, clean, bright yellow-green color with good tear presence. Its aroma is intense and complex, featuring notes of citrus and balsamic elements like sandalwood and mint, complemented by hints of white chocolate and bakery. On the palate, it is smooth, with fresh acidity and a creamy texture. In the aftertaste, citrus notes reemerge, combining with spices like white pepper.
