Ramón Bilbao Vineyards of height, elaborated with 50% Tempranillo and 50% Garnacha, its ageing lasted for 15 months, in 222 barrels, which resulted in the final 57,308 bottles of 75 cl and 4,000 bottles magnum of this first commercial vintage of the wine.
Ramon Bilbao Vineyards height presents an intense cherry colour with a well-covered violet rim; Marked and colored tear.
In the nose varietal expression, fresh and frank, with a first impression of a subtle strawberry lactic that gives way to vegetal sensations dominated by floral nuances of the Garnacha and the classical background of the Tempranillo. There are touches of fruit both black and red accompanied by balsamic notes and a mineral point.
In mouth vigorous entry, fresh and juicy, silky texture with a notable volume; Fruity step with sensations of raspberry, lactic and cocoa and vanilla notes; Travel of remarkable length, tannins tasty and almost ripe of the whole, sweet, with a good acidity, vivacious. Velvety finish, long, with delicate memories of toast.
