The 2022 vintage offers a fresh, elegant and nuanced wine, the result of meticulous work in old high-altitude vineyards. Raúl Pérez, known for his artisanal and sustainable approach, produces this Godello with minimal intervention, highlighting the authenticity of the terroir.
Appearance: Bright straw yellow color with greenish flashes, reflecting its freshness and youth.
Nose: Complex and seductive aromas of stone fruits such as apricot and peach, combined with citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit. Subtle floral notes of jasmine and fresh herbs also emerge, along with a distinctive minerality that adds depth.
Palate: On the palate, it is vibrant and very fresh, with a balanced acidity that provides vivacity.
