Rock Angel is part of the exquisite rosé collection from Château d’Esclans, a winery owned by renowned winemaker and négociant Sacha Lichine. This wine showcases great purity and elegance, following the exceptional quality line of the brand. Using a triple selection of grenache and vermentino grapes from La Motte, Provence, it was harvested between dawn and noon to preserve freshness. The must from the first pressing was vinified cold, in stainless steel tanks and partially in 600-liter demi-muids. The result is a complex, balanced, and versatile rosé, ideal for pairing. Visually, it has a very pale pink hue, with aromas of peach, nectarine, and a citrus touch. On the palate, it presents good volume, is silky and juicy with excellent acidity, characterized by its vibrant fruity flavor.
