Rock Angel is part of the exclusive collection of rosés from Château d’Esclans, a winery known for its dedication and excellence in wine production, led by the renowned winemaker Sacha Lichine. This rosé presents outstanding purity, maturity, and elegance, reaffirming the quality that characterizes the winery. Made from a careful selection of garnacha and vermentino grapes harvested in the commune of La Motte in the Provence region. The harvest takes place early, between dawn and noon, to preserve the freshness of the fruit. Only the must from the first pressing is used for its production, a process done gently and at low temperatures to prevent oxidation. This must ferments in stainless steel tanks and partly in demi-muids, 600-liter barrels, contributing to its remarkable quality. The result is a pure, complex, and balanced rosé wine that offers excellent versatility when pairing with different cuisines. During tasting, Rock Angel presents an attractive very pale pink hue, while the nose highlights subtle aromas of peach and nectarine, accompanied by floral notes (such as rose and tulip) and a citrus touch (mandarin) complemented by spicy notes. Its mouthfeel is silky and juicy, with a well-balanced final acidity, making it a fruity and vibrant wine perfect for enjoying at any moment.
