Tarima Hill is a red wine from the Alicante Origin Denomination, made exclusively from native Monastrell grapes. Coming from aged vineyards between 40 to 75 years, the wine benefits from a continental climate with Mediterranean influences in the Sierra de la Sima, Alicante. The vineyards are cultivated under nearly organic conditions, without irrigation. This wine stands out for its ruby red color and aromas of red fruits and blackberries, with a floral touch. On the palate, it delivers firm flavors of dark fruits, finishing with persistent notes of blackberries and a hint of pepper.
