Tokyo Night Gin is distilled from sugar cane molasses. It is made with a secret recipe that uses numerous plants (mostly local), such as yuzu peel or matcha powder (green tea) from independent producers. These are joined by juniper berries, coriander seeds, and licorice root. The botanicals are macerated for 24 hours. This artisanal gin can be served with tonic or mixed with your favorite cocktails!
