Xeixedo is a white wine made by Bodegas Bordel, using the native variety Branco Lexitimo, within the Betanzos PGI.
Xeixedo, a white wine from Bodegas Bordel that is distinguished by being made exclusively with Branco Lexitimo grapes, carefully selected from the best vineyards of the winery. The winemaking process includes destemming, crushing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, it undergoes a long resting period in the bottle before being released to the market, thus ensuring its quality and complexity.
Limited production of only 2000 bottles.
