Xeixedo is a white wine made by Bodegas Bordel, using the native variety Branco Lexítimo, within the IGP Betanzos. This wine is distinguished by being made exclusively from carefully selected Branco Lexitimo grapes from the best vineyards of the winery. The production includes a careful process of de-stemming, crushing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness of the fruit. The wine then undergoes a long aging in bottles before being released to the market, ensuring its quality and complexity. The production is limited, with only 2000 bottles available. In tasting, Xeixedo presents a vibrant straw-yellow color, reflective of freshness and youth. Approaching the glass, delightful aromas of tropical fruits and citrus invite enjoyment. On the palate, Xeixedo is fresh and intense, with a well-integrated marked acidity, adding liveliness and structure. Citrus notes stand out, adding complexity, while the persistence and balance make each sip a memorable experience.
