Artisanal product made with the best noble pieces of Iberian acorn-fed pigs (secreto and presa), raised extensively, which allows them to take advantage of the production of acorns from oak and cork oak forests. Its ingredients are: chorizo pepper, sea salt, and garlic. All of this, kneaded and stuffed into natural casing, has undergone a maturation-drying process. The result is characterized by a red color, an unmistakable smell, and a characteristic flavor.
