The mushroom oil of Llàgrimes del Canigó is made with olives of the Argudell variety grown in fields of the Alt Empordà. When cold extracted, it achieves a flavour rich in aromas and very balanced, which makes it a premium extra virgin olive oil
Along with the boletus we add a taste of autumn mushrooms that makes it a perfect companion for all kinds of gourmet recipes, especially risottos, pastas, sauces or quiches.
Without artificial flavourings. To make our boletus olive oil we only use mushrooms collected in the Pyrenees and Pre-Pyrenean Calatan area, mainly in the Albera area (Alt Empordà, Girona).
