Capricho by Sandua is an exquisite single-variety extra virgin olive oil, made exclusively from Empeltre olives. Grown in the southern olive groves of Navarra, this oil is obtained through first cold pressing just hours after early harvesting in mid-October. This process ensures maximum expression of its body, aroma, and flavor. The oil has an appealing pale yellow color, a mild fruity scent, and a pleasantly sweet taste, with no bitterness or pungency, leaving a delicate almond aftertaste. It has a high vitamin E content. Available in 500 ml and 750 ml formats, each priced at 12€/liter. It is recommended to store at room temperature, protected from light.
