Directions for Use

Use as a technical recovery protocol by mixing 50 g of powder (approximately one and a half scoops) with 400-500 ml of water. It is recommended to consume it immediately after finishing physical activity to take advantage of the maximum nutrient sensitivity window. Shake vigorously until a homogeneous solution is achieved. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose to maintain proper metabolic balance.
