Paleo Organic Potato Starch 250g Salud Viva. Fine, flavorless powder with excellent texture, provides greater viscosity than other starches and allows for the preparation of very tasty products. It is used to thicken sauces and many other things, and as a binder in cake flours, doughs, cookies, and ice cream.

How to use
Take up to 4 tablespoons a day dissolved in water or another cold liquid. It can also be mixed with kefir. Start with one tablespoon a day, and gradually increase the dose. Dissolve the necessary amount of starch by mixing it with cold liquid to obtain a smooth cream. Boil a little of the liquid used to make the mixture and add the cream that we have already prepared, stirring constantly. Let it boil for 1 minute all together and it's ready.
