Ultreia Saint Jacques is a standout red wine from the D.O. Bierzo, originating from old vineyards in Valtuille and Villadecanes. This wine, predominantly made from Mencía grapes, showcases the distinctive characteristics of its region, aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels, contributing to its elegance and freshness. Its balance and complexity make it ideal for pairing with white meats, cured meats, and semi-cured cheeses. Visually, it presents an intense garnet red color with a ruby rim.
