Volver is a red wine from the Denomination of Origin La Mancha, made from Tempranillo grapes sourced from vineyards planted in 1957 at Finca Los Juncares. This wine is characterized by 15 months of aging in French oak barrels, which provides it with notable body and complexity. Visually, it showcases a beautiful opaque purple color, while the nose emphasizes aromas of toasted bread, earth, spices, black currants, tobacco, and licorice. On the palate, it is flavorful with good structure, featuring notes of blackberries and cassis, and a long, persistent finish. The 2022 vintage has an alcohol content of 15% vol and pairs well with hearty dishes.
