Cava Conde de Haro Brut Rosé is the bold proposal of Bodegas Muga. Made with garnacha grapes, it has a great fruity character complemented by a minimum aging of 18 months. Ideal for Iberian delicacies and appetizers, it is best served between 6 and 8ºC.
Conde de Haro Brut Rosé is the latest offering from Bodegas Muga in Rioja, standing out as a sparkling wine made from garnacha grapes. Its production process includes direct pressing and fermentation in 1,000-liter tanks at 14º, followed by a 4-month aging on lees that enhances its complexity. Additionally, the second fermentation occurs at 12º over 4 months and remains in rima for a minimum of 14 months under optimal conditions. Visually, it presents a very soft and bright salmon color. Its slow fermentation results in a fine and elegant bubble. On the nose, tropical fruit and citrus aromas are appreciated, with notes of peach and quince that highlight its freshness and youth. On the palate, it is characterized by a slightly sweet attack, which gives way to a fresh acidity and a texture that reflects the elegance of its aging. It is recommended to enjoy it with Iberian delicacies, appetizers, or smoked salmon, served at an ideal temperature of between 6 and 8ºC.
