Ketel One Vodka is a renowned vodka, produced in one of the oldest distilleries in Holland, founded in 1691. This vodka is made with 100% European wheat, carefully selected to provide a unique tasting experience. The distillation is carried out in small batches, using traditional techniques complemented by modern methods. At the start of the process, the wheat is ground and mixed with water to form a mash, which is then fermented. Afterwards, the mash is distilled in columns, followed by a second distillation in copper pot stills, a process that ensures the removal of impurities and leaves only the purest part of the alcohol, known as the 'heart'. The result is a crystal-clear vodka, with a smooth texture and subtle notes of citrus and honey. It is recommended to enjoy it neat or in cocktails like Sex on the Beach or Seabreeze.
