The goat cheese "Es Tonedor" is handcrafted on the Binissarraia estate in Menorca, by Carlos and his family, who have been perfecting this delicate process for years. The "Es Tonedor" brand has a unique history: Carlos, originally from a family of shepherds in Extremadura, emigrated to the Basque Country to pursue his vocation. After learning the trade in New Zealand and working in Idiazábal, he traveled through Spain as a cheese maker, until he arrived in Menorca, where he settled after discovering that the island lacked this profession.
The "Es Tonedor" cheese is produced from the milk of goats that graze freely on the estate's land, where no chemical fertilizers are used, ensuring absolute respect for the natural environment. The production process follows traditional and artisanal methods, using the highest quality ingredients, ensuring a carefully crafted cheese.
