Doña Tomasa handmade onion and Pedro Ximénez sauce combines the sweet touch of onion and wine with the flavor of meat stock. Its artisanal preparation includes 56% onion and 10% olive oil, together with Pedro Ximénez wine and salt. The result is a creamy sauce to accompany different dishes. You can serve it with freshly cooked sirloin, roast chicken, pork or beef, or add it to rice for extra flavor. It is ready to heat and serve or to consume directly, as you prefer. It comes in a 300 g net jar. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated between 0 and 4 ºC and consume within 5 days. Batch and best before date: see lid.
