The Cardes Forest has been producing the best Asturian charcuterie products since 1995, using animals raised in Asturias such as pigs, calves, and foals.
With a family tradition, they offer chorizos, blood sausages, emberzaos, longanizas, among others.
Their compango is used in the fabada at Sidrería Bedriñada, winner of the Best Fabada in the World award in 2014.
They are part of the best kitchens in Asturias.

Our land: The Principality of Asturias is the land where gochos (pigs), xatos (calves), foals and animals that we use for our products are raised. In Asturian nature, deer and wild boars abound with which excellent quality sausages are made.

A recognized flavor El Bosque de Cardes compango is used to prepare fabada from the Bedriñada Sidrería, awarded in 2014 with the award for Best Fabada in the World. We are proud to train part of the pantries of some of the best kitchens in Asturias.
